We offer various AHA classes to meet all of your needs. Course are available as either Instructor-Led (video based with the instructor leading the lessons) or Blended Learning (featuring an online portion completed independently and then a hands-on portion with the instructor). All bookings are blended learning unless requested or booking groups/organizations of 4 or more.

BLS Provider (or Renewal)
Course covers one and two rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants. BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. This course focuses on mastery learning, positive motivation, and most of all, practice! practice! practice! The hands-on approach gives students the ability to handle all of the components of high quality CPR, use of an AED, quick emergency responses and positive team dynamics.

Bloodborne Pathogen
Course when coordinated with site specific completion, teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. Students are introduced to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, OSHA safety standards, hand washing techniques, hazardous material handling and education in spread of infection. This course meets OSHA standards for bloodborne pathogen training needed in some occupations. Once completed, you will think P-A-C-T.

Intended for: Allied health professionals, correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff, and tattoo artists.
CPR/AED/First Aid
Course covers single rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants. This course focuses on how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries until professional help arrives. The hands on approach gives students the ability to handle all of the components of CPR to include choking relief techniques, real life scenarios when using an AED and recognizing when First Aid is needed.

First Aid
Course focuses on what is an emergency situation is and how to respond safely when dealing with allergic reactions, illnesses and various injuries until professional help arrives. The hands on approach gives students the ability to handle all of the components of First Aid starting with protecting yourself when saving others. Course content includes: Breathing issues, diabetic concerns, cardiac and stroke response as well as wound care and blood control.

Family and Friends CPR
Course focuses on Hands-only CPR approach for adults, children and infants. The Family & Friends CPR course is an ideal learning option for anyone who wants to learn CPR and does not require a course completion card. The hands on approach gives students the ability to learn and understand the basic components of CPR by maintaining chest compressions and rescue breaths until professional help arrives. The use of an AED and learning how to respond when a person is choking are also included.
