How can I schedule a class?
To schedule a course, simply browse our website, under “classes” you can select your desired course or navigate to the “schedule” page, and proceed with booking on the pop-up. Follow the prompts to provide your information and payment, and your booking will be processed.
Your spot in class is guaranteed upon receipt of payment and your attendance is required on that day and time, or you will forfeit your payment.
How can I book a group a class?
To schedule a group course, there must be 4 or more persons.

What is blended learning?
Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on session. The hands-on session is completed in person with your AHA Instructor. You book the eLearning session through the AHA website and your completion certificate is presented to your instructor at your in person class.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
What is your refund policy?
We’re happy to issue you a refund if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to class. No refunds are provided within 48 hours of the class.
No call no shows are not allowed! Once you register and pay for a class you are required to attend the class or you will forfeit your entire payment. Notice needs to be given by you BEFORE the start time of your class. You need to communicate by email or phone regarding any conflicts before your CPR class starts, no exceptions!Â
If you have to reschedule we will gladly work with you to reschedule. Contact us via email or phone to make arrangements 48 hours prior to class; failure to do so will jeopardize your payment. You can reschedule once at no charge, if you miss again you will need to pay again.
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late or having to leave early, please contact us to coordinate a different class. We are required to ensure that each class participant is present when essential information is addressed. You can’t be more than 10 minutes late for our CPR class – no excuses. You are required to be present during the entire class and leaving early is not allowed.

What is your privacy policy?
We at L2 Elite CPR never sell information provided to us. Your information will only be disclosed in the following situations:
Upon request of your school or employer, we will verify your attendance in training.
Accrediting agencies such as the American Heart Association require instructors to provide course rosters which contain names and contact information of attendees for issuance of course completion certificates and quality assurance follow up.
